Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely and quickly.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and packed within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

*Please note that these times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance and local logistics conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping address, and chosen method. We offer the following shipping promotion:

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $100 USD are eligible for free standard worldwide shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package at any time.

6. Customs & Duties

For international orders, your country may impose import duties, VAT, or other taxes. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand their policies before placing an order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@InScent.com within 72 hours of receiving the package. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a refund or a new shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are satisfied with every product you purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please read the following policy carefully.

1. Returns & Exchange Conditions

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, fragrance products (such as essential oils or balms) cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or used.

  • Non-fragrance products, such as the diffusers, cannot be returned if they are damaged or show signs of use.

 

2. Returns & Exchange Process

  • Please send an email to our customer service at support@InScent.com, including your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. If the item has a quality issue, please attach clear photos.

  • After receiving our confirmation email, please follow the instructions to ship the item back to the designated address.

  • Once the item has been shipped, please send us the shipping tracking number.

3. Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue or our error, we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • The refund will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on your bank or payment platform.

 

5. About Exchanges

  • If you would like to make an exchange, please specify this in your return request email. We will arrange for the new item to be shipped once we have received your returned product.
